Please indicate your payment preference. If it is by cheque or money order, please note that we can not ship your order until the funds clear our bank. We use a PayPal secure email invoice system for payment by credit card or direct debit. The PayPal invoice is not automatically generated, it is customized to your order by the Prayer Book Coordinator, and you should receive it within 24 hours.

Individual orders are $32.95 + $10.00 shipping/handling by Canada Post to Canadian addresses only. If you live in the U.S., your order will be forwarded and fulfilled by the Bookstore at the Monastery of St. John of San Francisco in Manton, California.

Orders for multiple copies will receive a quote that details shipping costs according to weight, dimensions and destination.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Please note that once your order is confirmed by the Prayer Book Coordinator and you receive your invoice, your payment must be processed before the books are shipped.

Binding - Spiral or Perfect
Please indicate your binding preference. The spiral-bound books use a heavy-duty spiral coil, so you can lay the book open flat. Perfect binding is the binding used on paperback books. Please note that our U.S. distributor only carries spiral-bound at this time.
